Using incoming message trigger to send automated replies¶
Using the "Incoming Message" trigger and conditions, you can reply to your customers based on certain keywords.
For ex: When customer sends a message which contains the word “help” in it, you can trigger a specific response
Step 1: Add a new "Incoming Message" trigger
Step 2: Add a condition for text, and input the keyword you want to reply to
Step 3: Add the flow/message you want to send in response to the keyword

Using Incoming Message Trigger with AI ChatBot¶
Using the AI Chatbot node, you can automate AI generated responses to your customers based on their questions or messages
